FAQ

  • If you’re coming from outside of the UK and you’re not a UK citizen, you will probably need an ETA (electronic travel authorisation). You need to apply for this before travelling, and you can do so here.

  • Need information about flights, trains, booking cars or taxis? Click here.

  • If you are not staying with us at Bore place and you want to book a hotel or Airbnb near the venue, there are lots of options to choose from. Click here to read more.

  • Come dressed in your finest, whatever that means to you. We encourage wearing colours, and something you’re happy to dance and celebrate in. Ladies, be aware that there’s lots of gravel and grass areas around the venue, so choose your heels wisely.

  • We’ve had a lot of questions about wedding traditions and what to expect, from both Norwegians and Brits. We want to sprinkle a bit of both cultures throughout the day, but apart from a fascination with fascinators on the British side, and cake tables with more choices than a bakery on the Norwegian side, there’s not that much of a difference.

See you in July!
